White Chocolate Raspberry Clusters on white plate

Chocolate Raspberry Clusters: Cute Aren’t They?

To make these like little snow capped desserts simply melt white chocolate following package instructions for melting in the microwave. White chocolate can be a little temperamental in a double boiler so this is one of the rare times I will recommend using a microwave. After melting, just place berries in groups of three onto wax paper and dab with melted chocolate. That is it!
