Sometimes I am in the mood for a Traditional Caesar Salad. It’s always a nice option to have on the table. Of course it’s perfect as a side for any Italian main course, but you could also toss in some rotisserie chicken and make it a complete meal. Very versatile!

Caesar dressing is super easy to make: just whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, a little dijon mustard, parmesan and Worcestershire sauce (anchovy paste is optional) and toss with the greens. Chosen Foods makes healthy mayo in a variety of options. Choose from traditional, vegan, and keto options! Each contains healthy fats like avocado oil and coconut oil. Definitely a great choice!
