Hello and welcome back to The Organic Kitchen’s “Month of Motivation”!
Today we start the “14 Day Green Breakfast Challenge”! Hopefully you have purchased your greens and are raring to go! If you haven’t yet joined the “14 Day Green Breakfast Challenge” details and links are provided at the bottom of this post.
Saturday I posted several detoxing, juicing and smoothie recipes that I certainly hope you will use over the next two weeks. Here are a few more recipes ….because you can never have too many fabulous fresh juice and smoothie recipes! And variety sure makes juicing more interesting.
Anti-Aging Pineapple Banana Green Smoothie from A Harmony in Healing
Dairy Free Mango Lassi from 20 Something Allergies
Minted Pear Green Juice from So Let’s Hang Out
The Mango Mash Up from me…The Organic Kitchen
There are other ways to incorporate greens in the first meal of the day besides having smoothies and juice…although I recommend sticking with the juices and smoothies through the rest of the 2 week challenge. It’s important to be consistent for two weeks to really establish a good juicing habit! After that, try these egg recipes that incorporate lots of greens, and be sure to ‘pin’ this post for later!
Thanks for stopping by! Here are the details of my “Month Of Motivation” and the “14 Day Green Breakfast Challenge” from Heal Thyself. This challenge is to encourage you to add greens to your breakfast for two weeks in the hopes you will continue to do so longer, of course. If you haven’t joined the challenge yet, it’s free and easy to do, just click the link above. You will have the 2000 other people who are participating sharing tips, recipes and supporting you!
