Chicken is a staple in most households, it certainly is in our house. I roast a chicken almost every week, and then use the leftovers all week in soups, sandwiches, salads as well as making homemade broth. So in todays blog post I celebrate chicken in all it’s glory with this collection of amazing chicken dinners!

Pasta and chicken make a great combo. Some of the recipes below have chicken, others don’t but I add the option to throw in some leftover roasted chicken or store bought rotisserie.
