dried spaghetti
cooked to package instructions

La Tourangelle Garlic oil

Tablespoon
Red Pepper Flakes
or to taste

cup
freshly grated Parmesan

Sea salt

Boil pasta until al dente, strain, reserving 2 tablespoons of water and return

spaghetti to pot (do not rinse).

Add reserved water, garlic oil, red pepper flakes, stir.

Top with fresh grated parmesan and sea salt if desired.
