Spaghetti with Garlic and Red Pepper

Ingredients

  • 1 lb dried spaghetti cooked to package instructions
  • 1/2 cup La Tourangelle Garlic oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes or to taste
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta until al dente, strain, reserving 2 tablespoons of water and return
  2. spaghetti to pot (do not rinse).
  3. Add reserved water, garlic oil, red pepper flakes, stir.
  4. Top with fresh grated parmesan and sea salt if desired.
