Apple Vinaigrette
I delicious tangy apple salad dresing perfect for many winter salads.

extra virgin olive oil

frozen organic apple juice concentrate
reseal with plastic and a rubber band and place back in freezer to avoid waste

white balsamic vinegar

Dijon mustard

fresh lemon juice

honey
if living sugar free, skip it!

Combine all ingredients and whisk. Dress salad. Save extra dressing in covered container in the fridge for up to a week.
