Delicious Soothing Morning Juice
A soothing low oxalate morning juice perfect for children, beginning juicers and those that don't like bitter greens. Raw honey can be really thick and difficult to dissolve, it helps if it's a little warm.

Ingredients

cold cucumbers
2
cold Granny Smith apples
1
large lemon, peeled (cold)
2
teaspoons
raw honey or 1/2" nub of fresh ginger
Instructions
Run vegetables and fruit through juicer. Add raw honey and stir well. (If using ginger run through juicer in between the vegetables)
