Greens with Asian Pears and Fig/Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
Salads are my jam! I love them simple, elaborate, or anywhere in between! This is one of my favorites: Greens with Asian Pears and Fig Balsamic. Delightful!

Ingredients
4cupsbaby spring mix
1ripe Asian pear, sliced
1/2 cupCrumbled goat cheese
1/2 cupCaramelized Nuts
Dressing:
⅓cupextra virgin olive oil
3Tablespoonsfig balsamic vinegar (or traditional balsamic vinegar)
1Tablespoonreal maple syrup (skip syrup if using traditional balsamic)
1pinchsea salt
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
For Salad:
Place, lettuce, sliced pears, cheese and pecans on a platter, dress to your liking and toss
For Dressing
Combine dressing ingredients in container with lid and shake. Dress salad right before serving. Yum!
