If making Keto version: 1 1/2 cups mozzarellapaleo/whole 30 omit
4slicesbaconcooked and chopped
2cupsdiced rotisserie chicken
1head romaine lettucechopped
3/4cupcherry tomatoesquartered
2ripe avocadospeeled and sliced
Ranch dressingyou can use my homemade dairy free version or the store bought versions linked above
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and place oven rack in the center position. Follow instructions for cooking pizza crust. If making the Keto version of this pizza, add mozzarella to the crust the last few minutes of cooking
While oven preheats and crusts bake, prep the rest of the ingredients
Cook bacon, chop lettuce, dice tomatoes, avocado, and chicken
Place all salad ingredients in a bowl and set aside
When crust is ready, toss salad with ranch dressing and top the crust, slice and serve!
