thinly sliced (I used a rosemary olive oil bread)

Homemade garlic aioli or good quality mayo

arugula

a few thin slices of preserved lemons

Spread the bread with garlic aioli or mayo

Layer bread with arugula, turkey and very thinly sliced preserved lemons
