Açaí Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 packets açaí berry purée
  • 1 one ripe mango divided half goes in the smoothie, half will be diced for a topping
  • 1/2 cup full fat vanilla yogurt (if you live dairy free, use vanilla coconut yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice about three oranges
  • 1 sliced frozen banana
  • toppings: roasted salted pistachios mango, raspberries, granola (I use GF granola)

Instructions

  1. Peel mango. Put half in the blender and dice the other half.
  2. Place açaí berry purée, yogurt, 1/2 of a mango, orange juice, and frozen banana into blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with raspberries, diced mango, pistachios and gluten free granola.
