Açaí Berry Smoothie Bowl

packets açaí berry purée

one ripe mango divided
half goes in the smoothie, half will be diced for a topping

cup
full fat vanilla yogurt
(if you live dairy free, use vanilla coconut yogurt)

cup
fresh squeezed orange juice
about three oranges

sliced frozen banana

toppings: roasted salted pistachios
mango, raspberries, granola (I use GF granola)

Peel mango. Put half in the blender and dice the other half.

Place açaí berry purée, yogurt, 1/2 of a mango, orange juice, and frozen banana into blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and top with raspberries, diced mango, pistachios and gluten free granola.
