  • 2 Cloves garlic peeled
  • 1/4 cup roasted pine nuts
  • 2/3 cup La Tourangelle Basil oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated pecorino cheese


  1. Chop Garlic in processor. Gradually add basil oil, pine nuts and then add
  2. cheese; process to blend well. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with vegetables, crackers or toasted baguette slices!
