Simple roasted potatoes made with oil infused with herbs de Provence!

La Tourangelle Herbs de Provence oil
Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven 450 F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Cut potatoes into wedges, place onto cookie sheet.
Coat potatoes in oil, toss, season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Roast 25 minutes, longer if you like them crispier, turning once halfway through cooking time.
