Ingredients

Strawberry Lemon Basil Water

  • filtered water 16 oz, double ingredients if using 32 oz jars
  • 2 strawberries sliced
  • 3 leaves basil leaves if basil is too strong for you, use mint
  • 3 wedges of lemon
  • 2 drops liquid stevia or a little raw honey optional

Apple Vanilla Cinnamon Water

  • filtered water 16 oz, double ingredients if using 32 oz jars
  • six slices of red apple
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla paste Optional. If using, you just want a hint of vanilla

Lemon Lime Mint Water:

  • filtered water 16 oz, double ingredients if using 32 oz jars
  • 3 wedges lemon
  • 3 wedges lime
  • 3 mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash fruit well. Add fruit, herbs or spices to water filled jars and allow to sit for at least three hours before drinking for best flavor. Refill after first serving to get two uses out of that fruit!
