Strawberry Lemon Basil Water
filtered water16 oz, double ingredients if using 32 oz jars
2strawberries sliced
3leavesbasil leavesif basil is too strong for you, use mint
3wedges of lemon
2drops liquid stevia or a little raw honeyoptional
Apple Vanilla Cinnamon Water
filtered water16 oz, double ingredients if using 32 oz jars
six slices of red apple
1cinnamon stick
1/8tspvanilla pasteOptional. If using, you just want a hint of vanilla
Lemon Lime Mint Water:
filtered water16 oz, double ingredients if using 32 oz jars
3wedges lemon
3wedges lime
3mint leaves
Instructions
Wash fruit well. Add fruit, herbs or spices to water filled jars and allow to sit for at least three hours before drinking for best flavor. Refill after first serving to get two uses out of that fruit!
