Strawberry and Avocado Bruschetta
A delicious and very different bruschetta!

Ingredients

French or Sourdough baguette, thinly sliced and baked till golden
8
oz
full fat ricotta cheese
pint
of strawberries, thinly sliced (start with half and see how far they go)
1
avocado, scored into small cubes
balsamic glaze
10
basil leaves, chopped
Instructions
Preheat over to 400 degrees and move rack to upper third of oven
Place bread slices on cookie sheet and place in oven for 4-5 minutes or until bread is slightly golden
Remove from oven, spread with ricotta cheese
Place a few strawberry slices on top, add avocado, drizzle generously with balsamic glaze
Garnish with basil!
