The Tropical Smoothie
I light morning smoothie. I buy a frozen tropical fruit mix but of you can't find one you can use a combo of frozen mango, pineapple, strawberries and banana chunks. Occasionally I will throw in a few blueberries too.

vanilla coconut milk
or vanilla almond milk

frozen tropical fruit mix

small handful of baby kale
Instructions
Place ingredients in blender and blend till smooth. Add more liquid if necessary.
