These are my Easy Chicken Tenders. Nothing processed or artificial here! And they literally take less than 5 minutes to prep and less than 10 minutes to cook. Now that is fast food!

Ingredients
1 1/2lbschicken tenders
Sea salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
1/2cupflour of your choiceall purpose, gluten free, grain free
Butter, ghee or coconut oil
Instructions
Sprinkle chicken tenders with sea salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Place flour in a shallow dish. Dredge chicken in flour.
Place a pan on med/high heat, allow pan time to get hot. Add butter, ghee or coconut oil to pan.
Use enough to cover bottom of pan generously.
When pan and butter is hot, add chicken to pan. Cook for 4 minutes or so, until chicken is crispy and golden. Turn chicken and cook other side until golden brown 4-5 minutes.
