Blanched Green Beans
Today our tutorial is a simple, delicious side dish: Crispy Blanched Green Beans!

Desired amount of green beans

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
or melted butter

Sea salt
to taste

Minced garlic to taste
optional

Bring a pot of water to boil

Trim the ends of the green beans
-
place beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes
-
strain in a colander and rinse very quickly with cold water

place in a bowl, drizzle with enough olive oil or butter so all green beans are glistening

Toss with garlic and sea salt
-
Serve immediately
