Ingredients
7cupsice water
2cupscold freshly squeezed lime juiceI use this to juice limes
1 1/2cupssugar or low carb natural sweetener of your choice. ( If using sugar, I recommend "baker's" or "castor" sugar. It dissolves quicker! If you choose not to use sugar I recommend Lankanto, see link in blog post) You could also choose to use Stevia powder and sweeten to taste)
Variations: add a few springs of fresh mint or freshly grated ginger. To make sparkling limeade use ice cold sparkling water instead of flat!
Instructions
Place all ingredients in pitcher, stir well. Place in the fridge, stirring occasionally till sugar dissolves. Serve over ice. (If you don't wait to wait for sugar to dissolve use caster sugar or super fine baker's sugar.)
