  • 2 fresh lettuce leaves
  • 3 tablespoons hummus, store bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons diced red pepper
  • 6 slices turkey lunch meat


  1. Lay tortilla on flat surface. Layer with lettuce, then hummus, then turkey and bell pepper. Fold and eat!
