A simple salad that tastes great with almost any protein
Cut off the ends of Brussels sprouts and run through processor using the slicing blade. If using a knife, cut off ends, then cut in half and thinly slice. Place in a large bowl
Chop dates, shave parmesan and roughly chop, add to bowl and toss
Whisk together olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, sea salt and pepper to taste. Dress salad to liking and toss again. Add more sea salt or pepper if needed. That's it!
