
Fries made in under 20 minutes!
Peel potato and slice into 1/4" strips. Place in a bowl and toss with olive oil. Use enough oil that all the fries are covered lightly. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper to taste. Toss.
Place in air fryer. Cook at 380 degrees between 14-17 minutes depending on how crispy you want your fries. Open the air fryer and toss potatoes halfway through cooking time.
If using Redmond seasoning salt, lightly season instead of using sea salt and pepper.
If adding Rosemary, add at the halfway point when you toss the fries.
If using Parmesan cheese, add the last two minutes of cooking.
