Ingredients

  • 4- 6 oz salmon filets, skin on

The Miso Glaze

  • 2 tablespoons Miso paste (white or red) I used red because I love the color
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Set salmon filets in a baking dish or cast iron pan skin side down

  2. In a bowl whisk together all Miso glaze ingredients

  3. Brush top and sides of salmon filets with glaze. Dispose of remaining marinade. Marinate salmon in the fridge for 1-3 hours.

  4. Remove from the fridge and preheat oven to 375 degrees

  5. When oven is ready, place salmon in the oven. Cook for 12 minutes then turn the oven to broil for 3 minutes.

  6. Remove from the oven. Serve over rice with steamed broccoli or edamame.
