
A simple, tender, glazed salmon made in the oven. Serve with rice, steamed broccoli or edamame.
Set salmon filets in a baking dish or cast iron pan skin side down
In a bowl whisk together all Miso glaze ingredients
Brush top and sides of salmon filets with glaze. Dispose of remaining marinade. Marinate salmon in the fridge for 1-3 hours.
Remove from the fridge and preheat oven to 375 degrees
When oven is ready, place salmon in the oven. Cook for 12 minutes then turn the oven to broil for 3 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Serve over rice with steamed broccoli or edamame.
