Fresh and Easy Basil Vinaigrette

A delicious, fragrant salad dressing made in minutes!

3 Tablespoons good quality extra virgin olive oil
3 Tablespoons basil pesto, homemade or store bought (see my recipe link above in blog post)
1 1/2 Tablespoons good quality white balsamic (or champagne vinegar)

Whisk all ingredients together. Pour over salads, tomatoes, salmon or use as a dip for sourdough.

Store in the fridge for up to three days
