Fresh and Easy Basil Vinaigrette
A delicious, fragrant salad dressing made in minutes!
Servings 8 servings
Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons good quality extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons basil pesto, homemade or store bought (see my recipe link above in blog post)
- 1 ½ Tablespoons good quality white balsamic (or champagne vinegar)
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients together. Pour over salads, tomatoes, salmon or use as a dip for sourdough.

Store in the fridge for up to three days
