Fresh Peach "No Churn" Ice Cream

A delicious summer ice cream made with just a hand mixer!

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla paste or extract
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk (preferably cold)

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice peaches, place in a food processor and give a quick whirl, or place in a bowl and smash with a potato mashed until peaches release liquid

  2. Pour cream and vanilla into a large bowl and use a hand mixer on medium to beat until stiff peaks form (basically whipped cream)

  3. Add evaporated milk and beat again for 30 seconds. Add peahce and fold in by hand.

  4. Pour into a container with a lid and freeze for at least four hours before eating. Enjoy!
