A simple, delicious and tasty chicken main course made in about 15 minutes. Great served over rice!
In a bowl, place chicken tenders, add onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, generous sea salt and pepper, toss until chicken is coated in spices.
Heat a pan on medium heat for two minutes, add olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter to pan. Swirl pan to get oil and butter evenly distributed. Add chicken tenders in one layer and cook 3-4 minutes and side. While chicken cooks, mince garlic.
Remove chicken from pan, add two tablespoons butter to pan, add garlic. Cook for 60 seconds, using a spatula to scrape brown bits and seasonings from the bottom of the pan. Add chicken back to pan and cook for two minutes, tossing chicken in garlic butter sauce. Enjoy!
These tenders are great served over rice, cauliflower puree or mashed potatoes. Be sure to drench in the garlic butter sauce!
