Let’s talk about the Tenders:
“Tenders” are a small piece of meat attached to the under side of the chicken breast. Most supermarket meat departments carry them already packaged as tenders, usually by the pound. But if you can’t find tenders you can always thinly slice a chicken breast into strips, they will still be delicious and very tender.
How to Make Easy Garlic Butter Chicken Tenders:
To make Easy Garlic Butter Chicken Tenders combine tenders, onion powder, Italian seasonings, paprika, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Then you heat a pan, add olive oil and butter and cook the tenders for 3-4 minutes a side. Next, you’ll remove them from the pan, add more butter and garlic to the pan and cook for a minute, then add the tenders back to the pan, tossing in the garlic butter sauce for two minutes! Five minutes to prep, ten minutes to cook! These tenders are great served over rice, cauliflower purée or mashed potatoes.
