Homemade Cherry Vinaigrette
A delicious cherry vinaigrette salad dressing made in two minutes!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup good quality extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar (Champagne vinegar works too)
- 2 tablespoons cherry jam
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a jar or small bowl and whisk until well combined
