When it comes to salads, homemade salad dressings are by far the best and healthiest option. That said, I know some people are intimidated by the thought of making their own dressing. Let me tell you, it’s actually very, very easy. As easy as pouring ingredients into a jar and whisking. This beautiful Homemade Cherry Vinaigrette is the perfect example, only three ingredients whisked together in less than two minutes!

Homemade Cherry Vinaigrette:
Look at that gorgeous color! This Homemade Cherry Vinaigrette is made with three ingredients: a heart healthy extra virgin olive oil, white balsamic vinegar (Champagne vinegar works too) and a cherry jam. Just whisk together and voila! A beautiful, delicious salad dressing in under two minutes.

What to Put Homemade Cherry Vinaigrette On:
You can use this dressing on plain baby greens or butter leaf lettuce to give it a little pizzazz, or on any salad with fruit and cheese, it’s also delicious on Ssimple Grilled Salmon Steaks, but I love it most on my Cherry Goat Cheese Salad!
