Greens with Asian Pears and Fig/Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette

Salads are my jam! I love them simple, elaborate, or anywhere in between! This is one of my favorites: Greens with Asian Pears and Fig Balsamic. Delightful!

  • 4 cups baby spring mix
  • 1 ripe Asian pear, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caramelized Nuts


  • cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons fig balsamic vinegar (or traditional balsamic vinegar)
  • 1 Tablespoon real maple syrup (skip syrup if using traditional balsamic)
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • Black pepper to taste


For Salad:

  1. Place, lettuce, sliced pears, cheese and pecans on a platter, dress to your liking and toss

For Dressing

  1. Combine dressing ingredients in container with lid and shake. Dress salad right before serving. Yum!
