The Ranch Chicken Wrap

A fast easy lunch made with leftover roasted chicken or store bought rotisserie!

Ingredients

  • 1 10" tortilla or wrap, use your favorite, including gluten and/or grain free
  • 1/2 cup chopped lettuce, iceberg or romaine
  • 1/2 cup diced chicken (rotisserie or leftover roasted chicken)
  • ½ a tomato, diced
  • ½ of a ripe avocado, diced
  • your favorite ranch dressing
  • sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay a tortilla flat (you can heat if you wish)

  2. Fill with lettuce, tomato, avocado and chicken.
  3. Drizzle with desried ranch dressing. Sprinkle with desired amount of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

  4. Fold bottom and top of tortilla towards center, then roll sides to form a wrap.

Recipe Notes

I kept this recipe simple on purpose, but if you'd like to add on here are my suggestions: add grated jack cheese, chopped cilantro, and/or sliced green onions
