Ingredients
19" tortilla or wrap of your choice (the softer the better)
1/2a small tomato, diced
handful baby spinach
1diced Persian cucumber, these are small and the skin and be left on
1/2a ripe avocado, sliced
a small bunch of sprouts
desired amount of ranch dressing
Instructions
Dice tomato and set on a paper towel to soak up extra juice.
Place spinach on a tortilla.
Top with cucumbers, avocado, sprouts and tomatoes.
Drizzle with ranch dressing.
For dressing: Place all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk till smooth.
