Simply top your favorite tortilla or wrap with a layer of spinach, then add diced tomatoes and diced Persian cucumbers (smaller than the cucumbers you are used to and seedless). Then layer in avocado slices and sprouts (I used bean sprouts) and drizzle with ranch dressing (my recipe below).

Fold the top and bottom, then fold the sides. Wrap in parchment paper and then cut in half when lunchtime rolls around. That’s it!

In my experience finding a suitable ranch dressing is the challenging part. I don’t like bottled ranch dressings. They either have questionable ingredients or they don’t taste very good. Neither is a great choice.

So I started making my own and it’s a cinch! I use sour cream, whole milk, a little lemon juice and a packet of Naturally Free Real Food Ranch Seasoning. My friend Loriel makes these seasoning packets herself with all natural ingredients you would use at home!
