This Rosemary Potato Flatbread with Cauliflower Crust Option is perhaps my prettiest flatbread yet! I take store bought flatbread, top it with creamy gruyere, crispy fried baby potatoes and rosemary, and pop it in the oven. And a few minutes later…bliss!
