Turkey Prosciutto Grilled Cheese
This sandwich takes turkey sandwiches to the next level. We layer grilled sourdough with turkey, prosciutto, sharp white cheddar cheese, fig jam and grill it up, then add a layer of lettuce greens. So good!

Turkey Prosciutto Grilled Cheese: The Fig Jam
Fig jam is the perfect compliment to the savory turkey, sharp cheddar and prosciutto. It’s sweet, but only slightly. I see fig jam in grocery stores all the time, but you can also buy it online here.
