I will admit that lunch is hard for me. Breakfast is easy, and I don’t mind cooking. Dinner, so many options and again I am fine with cooking, but lunch? I just want something easy, healthy, tasty, and involves little or no cooking. Is that too much to ask? No it’s not because These Six Easy, Healthy Lunch Wraps check all the boxes!

Six Easy, Healthy Lunch Wraps:

Let’s Talk About These Six Easy, Healthy Lunch Wraps:
Each of these Six Easy, Healthy Lunch Wraps are incredibly simple to make, take only a few minutes to assemble and are a healthy option that involve little to zero cooking (sometimes you may wish to warm the wrap). Two of these wraps are vegetarian, four have protein, they are all loaded with veggies or greens and can easily be packed for work or school lunches. I hope they simplify your life like they have mine.
The Wraps:
For several of these recipes a standard 9 or 10″ flour tortilla is a great option. I also love a sun dried tomato wrap, or a spinach wrap. For the Herbed Chevre Wrap I use naan. You can buy naan, or make your own! (<—my recipe)
Let’s Begin….
The Waldorf Chicken Salad Wrap:
I love this one! Crispy lettuce, tart apples, crunchy pecans, dates/dried cranberries, sweet grapes and savory roasted chicken all wrapped up in a tirtilla and dressed in your choice of ranch or lemon vinaigrette!

This wrap has all the standard ingredients of a Caesar salad wrapped in your choice of tortilla.

The Ranch Chicken Wrap is packed with chopped crispy lettuce, chunks of rotisserie chicken, avocado, tomato and ranch dressing. It’s satisfying and yummy!

This wrap is vegetarian. Loaded with spinach, cucumber, tomato, and sprouts and dressed with ranch!

This beautiful wrap is made using sliced lunch meat turkey, hummus, and veggies. I love this one!

The Chicken, Strawberry, Spinach Wrap:
This one is pretty great and so simple. Sliced strawberries, spinach, feta and chicken dressed with balsamic glaze and wrapped in a spinach tortilla. The strawberries make it slightly sweet and the balsamic glaze gives it a little zing!
