Today I have an easy Easy Homemade Flatbread for you! I love this recipe. It’s easy, delicious and there’s nothing like soft warm bread fresh off the skillet!

What’s in Easy Homemade Flatbread?
Only four ingredients: flour, Greek yogurt, salt, and baking powder. Pretty simple right? And that Greek yogurt? It has 20 grams of protein per cup, which means each piece of this flatbread has 5 grams of protein!

How do You Make It?
Again, it’s super simple, simply combine the four ingredients, knead for three minutes, roll into a ball and cut into four equal portions. Then you’ll roll flat with a rolling pin and heat in a skillet. So easy friends!

What to Serve With Easy Homemade Flatbread?
I love drizzling Homemade Flatbread with olive oil or melted butter with garlic, and of course I love it dipped in homemade hummus!

The Recipe: Easy Homemade Flatbread
What you need: a rolling pin

An easy flatbread recipe made with Greek Yogurt for protein!
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt or quality sea salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- drizzle with olive oil, melted butter or garlic butter, garnish with chopped parsley, or serve with hummus!

Combine ingredients in a bowl and stir until ingredients they form a shaggy dough. Turn dough out on lightly floured countertop, knead dough for five minutes. Form dough into a smooth ball.

Cut dough ball into four equal portions. Dust rolling pin with flour. Use the rolling pin to roll into flatbread. You want each piece rolled very thin, like as flat as you can get it.

Heat a dry cast iron skillet for two minutes. Turn heat to medium and add flatbread, cooking each side for 1-2 minutes, until golden and cooked through . Bread will puff up as you cook it so no worries there. Serve warm. Enjoy!
