Whipped Cream Cheese with Warm Cranberries and Pistachios:
This Whipped Cream Cheese with Warm Cranberries appetizer is super easy to make. We start by using a hand mixer to whip together cream cheese and goat cheese. Then we melt butter, brown sugar and honey in a pan and add dried cranberries, chopped pistachios and orange zest. We pour this sweet berry and nut mix over the cream cheese and serve. The whole process takes about 10 minutes. Serve with a variety of crackers and this will be the appetizer everyone is standing around.

Can You Make Ahead?
What I would advise is this: you can whip the cheeses together ahead of time and keep in the fridge until an hour before serving, you’ll want it room temp when serving or the crackers will break when dipping. You can also chop the pistachios in advance, but since the topping is served warm, you’ll need to cook the fruit and nuts right before serving, luckily that only takes a few minutes.
