Easy, Creamy, Chili Oil Spaghetti:
This meal is so easy! Simply cook pasta, simmer chili oil and cream together, and then toss the pasta in the cream sauce. Add some parmesan and voila! You have a gorgeous meal that feeds two as a main course and four as a side dish.

The Chili Oil:
Chili Oil (also called chili crisp) is available at the grocery store in the international aisle. It’s available in a variety of flavors and heat levels. I like the Somos brand because it’s made with avocado oil, contains zero added sugar and is chock full of nuts and seeds for an extra crunch in each bite. If you like your dish more mild, go for the mild chili crisp, if you like heat, go for the spicy!
