I don’t know about your family, but when it comes to Father’s Day gift ideas the women in my family struggle. We start texting each other ideas weeks in advance and are still in a panic a week before. But this year will be different because I have come up with some amazing choices that I think our dads and better halves will love, and you will too! (This Post contains affiliate links. For the Man That Appreciates Leather
Nothing oozes manliness quite like leather, and Dark Water Classic is the place to find hand crafted leather goods that are as unique as they are functional. Whether you choose a belt, a camera strap, guitar gear, or a good old fashioned wallet, dad will be impressed with the detail and workmanship that goes into these fine leather products. Personally, I recommend getting dad one of the DWC wallets… they are so distinctive it will be easier for you to find when you need to steal …I mean, borrow a little money. Find Dark Water Classic products here.

For The Outdoorsman:
Turtle Shell Outdoor Speakers by Outdoor Tech are the ultimate gift for the man that likes his music and his outdoor space. Great sound, compact, bluetooth, shock and water resistant. Trust me, this one will make your man very happy.

Men love knives (you know, just in case they need to stab something) and the Helle Camp Knife is hella good (sorry I couldn’t resist) with a triple-laminated stainless steel blade that retains sharpness and prevents rust, and a contoured handle that pairs polished curly birch with red stag antler and leather. Wood, leather and antler…now that is a manly knife.

And for the outdoorsman that likes his snacks made over the open fire, this outdoor popcorn popper is ideal. Of course if S’mores are more his style, how about a gourmet S’mores Kit and S’mores Roasting Basket? Manly men love melted marshmallow and chocolate too.

For The Adrenaline Junkie:
I bought my husband a day at The Mario Andretti Racing Experience a few years ago and he loved it! Kind of pricy but if everyone chipped in your dare devil would be thrilled to spend a day racing Indy or Formula cars at one of 14 tracks.
For the Man That Enjoys Games and Leisure in His Own Backyard!
Not every man feels the need to escape to the wilderness to get outside. Here are some gift ideas for the king that likes to relax in the great outdoors behind his own castle…
Who needs to go camping when you have your own backyard fire pit? These fire pits from Terrain are sturdy and weather resistant.

Help dad enjoy summer games with the kids on the lawn with this giant tic tac toe, croquet set or giant tumbling tower…think Jenga on steroids.

Dads love their naps. And what dad wouldn’t love a leisurely Sunday snooze in a handwoven hammock? You might even be able to sneak in a nap on it too.

For The History Buff/Book Lover
Before being lulled to sleep in his handwoven hammock, dad should be able to enjoy a good book. “Empire of the Summer Moon: Quanah Parker and the Rise and Fall of the Comanches, the Most Powerful Indian Tribe in America” is a must read for anyone that enjoys American history, war stories and well…plenty of violence.

I hope this list helps narrow down your choices. Enjoy Father’s Day and of course if food is more dads thing, you know where to come for recipes! ~ Linda Spiker
