Easy Strawberry Goat Cheese Salad:
Let’s talk about this fruit salad. As I mentioned, there are only four ingredients: organic strawberries, creamy soft goat cheese, chopped toasted pecans (because we love that crunch) and finally a balsamic glaze. (yes I put mint in there, but only so Pinterest will love me, it’s not part of the salad). You can serve this salad as a appetizer, a side dish or a dessert all summer!

Let’s Talk About the Balsamic Glaze:
It looks like chocolate syrup, but it’s actually balsamic glaze. Balsamic glaze is made by simmering balsamic vinegar into a thick, syrupy reduction. It’s delicious, and because it’s so thick, it clings to the berries and it tastes so darn good with goat cheese! Balsamic glaze is next to the vinegars in most grocery stores, but you can find it on Amazon here.
