When it comes to salads, homemade salad dressings are by far the best and healthiest option. That saod, I know some people are intimidated by the thought of making their own dressing. Let me tell you, it’s actually very, very easy. As easy as pouring ingredients into a jar and whisking. This beautiful Homemade Cherry Vinaigrette is the perfect example, only three ingredients whisked together in less than two minutes!

Homemade Cherry Vinaigrette:
Look at that gorgeous color! This Homemade Cherry Vinaigrette is made with three ingredients: a heart healthy extra virgin olive oil, white balsamic vinegar (Champagne vinegar works too) and a cherry jam. Just whisk together and voila! A beautiful, delicious salad dressing in under two minutes!

What toHomemade Cherry Vinaigrette On:
You can use this dressing on plain baby greens or butter leaf lettuce to give it a little pizzazz, or on any salad with fruit and cheese, it’s also delicious on Simple Grilled Salmon Steaks, but I love it most on my Cherry Goat Cheese Salad!


The Recipe: Homemade Cherry Vinaigrette
What you need: You will need an excellent olive oil. I recommend my favorite white balsamic vinegar, but you can also use Champagne vinegar. And as always I recommend my favorite finishing salt!

A delicious cherry vinaigrette salad dressing made in two minutes!
- 1/4 cup good quality extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar (Champagne vinegar works too)
- 2 tablespoons cherry jam
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Place all ingredients in a jar or small bowl and whisk until well combined
