How to Make Strawberry and Avocado Bruschetta:
Simply spread toasted slices of baguette with ricotta cheese…
…add sliced berries…
…score an avocado into small cubes and add to bread…
…generously drizzle with balsamic glaze…
…sprinkle with chopped basil…
….and voila! The prettiest summer appetizer ever. EVER. Really…ever.
The Recipe: Strawberry Avocado Bruschetta
Tips and what you will need: (affiliate links) A serrated knife is best for cutting bread, use a chef’s knife for avocado, my serving board can be found here and balsamic glaze here.

- 1 French or Sourdough baguette, thinly sliced and baked till golden
- 8 oz full fat ricotta cheese
- pint of strawberries, thinly sliced (start with half and see how far they go)
- 1 avocado, scored into small cubes
- balsamic glaze
- 10 basil leaves, chopped

Preheat over to 400 degrees and move rack to upper third of oven

Place bread slices on cookie sheet and place in oven for 4-5 minutes or until bread is slightly golden

Remove from oven, spread with ricotta cheese

Place a few strawberry slices on top, add avocado, drizzle generously with balsamic glaze

Garnish with basil!
