A delicious and very different bruschetta!

Ingredients
  • 1 French or Sourdough baguette thinly sliced and baked till golden
  • 8 oz creamy goat cheese goat cheese haters use cream cheese, I know someone will ask!
  • pint of strawberries thinly sliced (start with half and see how far they go)
  • 1 avocado scored into small cubes
  • balsamic glaze
  • 10 basil leaves chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat over to 400 degrees and move rack to upper third of oven
  2. Place bread slices on cookie sheet and place in oven for 4-5 minutes or until bread is slightly golden
  3. Remove from oven, spread with goat cheese
  4. Place a few strawberry slices on top, add avocado, drizzle generously with balsamic glaze
  5. Garnish with basil!
