What are Overnight Oats?

Overnight oats are pretty much just what the name says. You simply soak oats in almond milk, maple, vanilla, and spices overnight in the fridge. In the morning you top with nuts and dates and then grab and go!

  1. I swear I’m like the only person who hasn’t tried overnight oats. This looks so delicious though… maybe I can finally experiment and make it!

  2. Overnight oats are the best! The only thing to rival them are overnight chia puddings. Anything healthy and quick that I can grab in the morning for breakfast is a winner!

  3. Yum! I love overnight oats with almond milk (especially if it’s homemade) but have never tried it with dates before. Thanks for the inspiration! 🙂

  4. Beautiful photos! I love the addition of the cardomen-one of my favorite spices, but I never thought of it besides my chai tea in the morning!
