15 Beautiful Cake Recipes Made from Scratch:
I know people get intimidated by making a cake from scratch, but trust me, it’s the way to go. Mixes just don’t cut it. They have questionable ingredients and never taste as good as homemade. Making cakes from scratch really isn’t hard, I promise! And no matter what you are celebrating I have a cake that fits the bill: chocolate, vanilla, buttermilk, orange, strawberry, lemon, carrot, even Hummingbird! I have layered cakes, bundt cake, and mini cakes, so take a scroll, pick a favorite, and start baking! And just a little reminder, all my cakes are made from scratch, without seed oils or artificial colors.
Some Important Notes:
When it comes to cakes, ingredients matter. Always use good quality ingredients: real butter, healthy oils, and Nielsen MasseyVanilla Paste.
