How to Make Brown Sugar:
Now you may wonder why you would ever need to make brown sugar, after all it’s in every store already made. True. But every once in a while haven’t you gone to the cupboard to pull out the brown sugar and find it’s hard as a rock? Well, if you have two simple ingredients in your pantry, you can make soft, fresh brown sugar in a flash! And all you need is granulated sugar and unsulphured molasses!

Let’s Talk about Molasses:
Molasses is an ingredient that used to found in just about every pantry, but in the last 50 years it sort of fell by the wayside. That’s what you have been buying in a bag all these years.
