How to Make Mini Goat Cheese Cheesecake Tartlets for All Seasons!
These sweet and savory little desserts cups are delicate and tasty. The perfect little finger food dessert for parties, baby showers, and brunches. We start with mini fillo cups, found in the frozen section of many grocery stores.
Then we fill them with combination of goat cheese, cream cheese, sugar and eggs…
…bake them till the center is set….
Then simply top with your choice of jam or lemon curd depending on the season!
THE RECIPE: Mini Cheesecake Tartlets for Any Season
You will need: a cookie sheet (<—my fave), unbleached parchment paper, and a mixer (affiliate links)

They only take 10 minutes to prepare and the recipe makes 48 tartlets. Perfect for any party! And because you dab them with any topping you choose, they work all year round.
- 48 mini fillo cups found in the freezer section
- 8 oz cream cheese room temp
- 8 oz soft goat cheese room temp
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs room temp
- 1 tsp vanilla pasta or extract, but I prefer paste
- Your favorite jam or lemon curd for topping

Preheat oven to 350. Set oven rack in center position.

Place fillo cups on a parchment covered cookie sheet and set aside.

Use a mixer to blend goat cheese and cream cheese till smooth, scraping down sides of mixer as needed. Add all other ingredients and mix well.

Use a small spoon to fill each fill cup.

Bake for 22-24 minutes, till centers are set and fillo cup is cripsy. Allow to cool, then dab of your favorite jam or lemon curd in the center of each cup. Keep refrigerated till serving.
