Five Minute Creamy Ranch Dressing- Paleo, Keto, Whole 30:
Let’s start at the beginning…a great ranch dressing starts with a great mayo. Honestly I think a good quality store bought mayo is fabulous for certain things but I don’t love it for Ranch Dressing. In my opinion it’s just too ‘mayo-y’ for lack of a better word. So if you want to learn how to make your own mayo<—- Click! If you want to use store bought, be sure it’s Whole30 Compliant.

Now How Do We Turn That Mayo Into Ranch?
By adding full fat coconut cream, herbs, and spices. We whisk it all together and voila! A delicios creamy ranch dressing!

The Recipe: Five Minute Creamy Ranch Dressing- Paleo, Keto, Whole30
Tips and what you need: If making this recipe non dairy, allow time to soak cashews before hand. For making successful mayo it’s important that ingredients are room temperature. Some people have success using a regular blender, I have much better success using an immersion blender (affiliate link). You will need a good knife for chopping herbs.

MUCH prefer homemade dressings and this looks GREAT!
This is my kind of dressing. And thanks for the reminder to use an immersion blender. I always forget about that device!
I know! It gets tucked away in a drawer…out of sight, out of mind!
I love cashew ranch dressing! The use of avocado oil must make it so rich, too.
I enjoy both versions but the cashew is such a great alternative for dairy free peeps, so creamy and I think thickens it up even better than buttermilk!
This looks amazing. I need a pile of fresh veggies and a jar of this dressing!
I’m flipping over this recipe! It looks so fresh and delicious and is allergy and sensitivity friendly, which I love! Amazing!
Thanks girlfriend!
How quick and easy!! I’ve gotta try this, I love that you included a dairy-free option 🙂
I don’t have an immersion blender. What do u suggest? Is there another option?
Hi Elaine, many people use a regular blender, but I have never had luck with it. You could give it a shot though!
Quick point of order—With buttermilk, this isn’t Whole30 compliant so you should rermove that tag. I’ll have to make it next month.
Hi Laura. Thanks for the comment. I am thinking you missed the non dairy version using blended cashews. I offer both versions, so feel free not to wait!
I made your chicken tenders recipe and with so much egg mixture left I made this egg drop soup also, but with diced mixed veg added … so tasty!
