Cilantro Lime Rice: So Incredibly Easy!
Just cook to package instructions and then add chopped cilantro, lime juice and sea salt!

The Recipe: Cilantro Lime Rice
What you need: a microplane for zesting the lime, a good knife and as always I use the best sea salt ever, Maldon Flaked Sea Salt!

An easy Mexican side dish made in the time it takes to cook rice!
- 1 cup white rice cooked to package instructions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- zest and juice one lime
- sea salt, to taste

cooked rice to package instructions (definitely use salted water)

when rice is done cooking, add zest, juice, cilantro, and sea salt, stir and serve
